Meet Danielle Franke, she has been with us for 4 years and she loves to help first-time home buyers, especially if you happen to be new to Canada. She makes sure that her clients’ needs and satisfaction come first when it comes to finding them a mortgage that best fits their financial situation.

I shop around for you and negotiate rates, which means you get the best rate possible. When you work with me, I fight until the deal is done. If there is an approval out there, I will find it for you. I also offer refinancing services that adjust your current monthly payment or lock in a lower interest rate.”
